Thanks for letting us know something isn’t working quite right. At FL OUTDOOR, we stand behind our craftsmanship and provide manufacturer's warranty guidance for the product installed. Whether it's an adjustment, a screen that won’t retract, or an unexpected issue with your installation, we're here to help. To get started, please complete the Service and Warranty Request Form.

Here is how the process works:

  • Step 1: Fill out the Service & Warranty Form

  • Step 2: An FL Outdoor representative will review your submission and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Step 3: An FL Outdoor rep will contact you to gather more details, provide troubleshooting support, and determine if the issue can be resolved remotely.

  • Step 4: If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, a technician will be scheduled for an on-site visit.

  • Step 5: Should replacement parts be required or an item need to be warranted, we’ll order the part and provide an estimated timeline.

  • Step 6: Service Scheduling – Once all parts are received, we’ll coordinate a convenient time to complete the repair or adjustment.

* Warranty parts are subject to the specific manufacturer's terms and conditions. Resolution time frame varies based by manufacturer. Warranty is solely with the manufacturer.
