To get started, please complete the Warranty Request Form or Service Request Form. Once your form is submitted, here’s what you can expect:

How the Process Works

  • Step One: Fillout the warranty claim or Service Call Request form and hit submitt

  • Step Two: A Florida Living Outdoor representative will review your submission and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Step Three: We'll reach out by via phone to gather more details, provide troubleshooting support, and determine if the issue can be resolved remotely.

    Step Four: If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we’ll schedule a technician to visit your property.

    Step Five: Should replacement parts be required, we’ll order them immediately and provide an estimated timeline.

    Final Service Scheduling – Once all parts are received, we’ll coordinate a convenient time to complete the repair or adjustment.
