  • Step 2: A Representative Will Contact You
    One of our team members will reach out within 24–48 hours to acknowledge your request.

  • Step 3: Phone-Based Troubleshooting
    We'll work with you over the phone to identify the issue and determine if it can be resolved remotely.

  • Step 4: On-Site Visit (If Necessary)
    If the issue requires in-person attention, we’ll schedule a visit at your convenience.

  • Step 5: Order Any Required Parts
    If parts need to be replaced, we’ll place the order immediately and keep you updated on arrival times.

  • Step 6: Complete the Repair or Adjustment
    Once parts are in hand, we’ll return to complete the work and ensure everything is functioning properly
